The annual collection of short stories and poems from the readers of U.S. 1 includes stories of love and war, meditation, mediation, and more.
Writers and readers are invited to U.S. 1's annual summer fiction reception on Wednesday, August 17, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Tre Piani in Princeton Forrestal Village.

IN THE SPOTLIGHT:
The Charles and Anne Morrow Lindbergh exhibit runs through October 2016 at the Morven Museum. Linda Arntzenius reports on the efforts by curators Elizabeth Allan and Heather Smith to chart the lives of the Lindberghs. The aviator Charles is most well known for being the first to cross the Atlantic nonstop, as well as his son's kidnapping several years later outside of Hopewell.

U.S. 1 takes its two-week summer break after the Summer Fiction Issue on July 27. There will be no paper on Wednesday, August 3.
