INSIDE U.S. 1 NEWSPAPER
PRINCETON UNIVERSITY NEWS
For the second consecutive year the Princeton University faculty boasts a new Nobel laureate: F. Duncan Haldane, a physics professor, was named a co-recipient of the prize for physics.
News was not so rosy in plasma physics: Stewart Prager, director of Princeton Plasma Physics Lab, resigned last month after a breakdown in the lab's NSTX-U fusion reactor.
And winding its way through the legal system is a group of residents' lawsuit questioning the university's tax-exempt status. The trial is now scheduled to begin October 17.
