Theater

George Street Playhouse offers classes for ages 5 to 18 and adults beginning Saturday, October 3. Call 732-846-2895, ext. 115 to register. Class will be held at 9 Livingston Avenue, New Brunswick.

A New Jersey playwright seeks a literary agent to represent his plays, many of them successfully produced in New Jersey. Theaters to be visited would be regional theaters and possibly theaters in New York or Philadelphia. Script agents and experienced actors/actresses welcome. For Young Artists

VSA Arts of New Jersey is accepting registrations for a fine arts program for students 8 to 21 with disabilities. The program of the Mercer County Institute for the Arts will be Mondays, October 19 to December 21, at the Mercer Elementary School in Hamilton. Register by Monday, October 12. For Seniors

Bucks County Choral Society presents its annual singing for seniors fall workshop on Thursday, October 15, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Doylestown Presbyterian Church. The event is for anyone who enjoys singing or wants to give it a try.

Helen Kemp will introduce the program and lead vocal warm up exercises. After lunch, Richard Gaylord, a guest tenor soloist, presents a program featuring a blend of songs about life and love. $15 includes music and lunch. Main Street New Egypt seeks vendors for a fall festival on Sunday, November 1, 11 a.m to 4 p.m., in the downtown area.
